PARENT EXPECTATIONS:

• To respect teachers and staff.
  
  
• To not publically challenge teachers or staff.
  
  
• To use the conflict resolution process: speaking first to the teacher, then to contact the director. Note: If unable to resolve the issue at the director level, the director will request a conference with the Pastor.
  
  
• At no time is a parent to skip the first two steps of the conflict resolution process.

STAFF EXPECTATIONS:

• The Code of Confidentiality applies in all matters
  
  
• Parents and children are treated with respect always

The Code of Conduct is supported by the priest, staff, and administration.
