Arrivals & Dismissals

The school office is open each day of the week from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  School begins promptly at 8:25 a.m. for morning classes and ends promptly at 12:00 p.m. for morning 3 and 4 year old classes. School begins at 9:00 a.m. and dismissal at 12:00 for the 2 year old class.  Please pick up your child on time.

Parents are to walk their children to the classroom upon arrival and come to the classroom to pick up their children at dismissal.

Children will not be dismissed to anyone other than parents or designated persons such as relatives, neighbors, and babysitters who have signed the emergency cards and have been added to the carpool form.

Persons other than parents may expect to show I.D. to the teacher before the child is released.  If we have reason to believe that anyone picking up a child is under the influence of any harmful substance, we will not release the child into his/her custody, and the proper authorities will be called.  Children riding home with persons other than their parents must bring written permission and consent from home and give it to the teacher when they arrive.

Persons transporting children onto and off of the campus are required to have a suitable car seat and seat belt for each child.  For their protection, children are not allowed to run in the halls, open doors by themselves, or leave the building without the supervision of an adult.

The first row of parking places is reserved for handicapped people who wish to attend daily Mass.  Please park starting on the second row of cars in the parking lot.  Please note that it is a misdemeanor to leave a child or children in a car unattended by an adult. When arriving and dismissing, please remember to use the designated crosswalk. Pedestrians are not to cross in front of traffic at any spot other than the CROSSWALK. The crosswalk is provided for your safety and sets an example of safety for the children. Safety patrol crossing guards are on hand to assist.
