St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Preschool

• Complete the registration portfolio providing as much information about your child as possible.
• Attach a copy of the birth and baptism certificate for each child (if available).
• Attach a check for the registration fee made out to St. Catherine of Siena Early Childhood Center.
• Complete ECC Payment Preference form and register your preference on-line with the FACTS Tuition Management Company.
• Return completed forms to the Early Childhood Center office as soon as possible.

Every effort will be made to notify you of your acceptance by letter.
