The center shall make every effort to serve students with special needs when modifications can reasonably be made within the normal operation of the school. Physically challenged children shall be accommodated in the center when they can benefit from the programs that are provided in small and large group settings using the services provided by the classroom teachers and the amenities provided by the building and campus.
